At the onset of the pandemic, as an organization we established several key organizational priorities to best manage through the crisis. First and foremost of these is ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all Team Members, our partners and all individuals we interact with through our in-market and office operations.
To that end, we have taken significant actions and precautions in collaboration with our clients, retailer partners and teammates, including comprehensive training, equipment, processes and communications resources. A few of these commitments and guiding principles include:
Safety is our #1 Priority: The health and safety of our team members, shoppers and retail personnel is the highest priority.
State, local, and federal public health guidelines will be followed. Additionally, we will continue to strictly comply with all policies of retailer partners where our services are being performed.
Completion of thorough training on infection prevention, PPE, physical distancing and signs & symptoms of COVID-19 are required of all team members.
PPE, including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer are being provided to and are required to be utilized by all team members, in concert with other risk mitigation practices, including enhanced sanitation.
Given the dynamic and evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, these will be monitored and modified and adapted as circumstances change.
We remain focused on igniting shopper purchase passion in the safest manner, and effectively doing the work that we love by best serving our clients in new and innovative ways to reach consumers where they shop.
