The Staples CyberScholar Online Training Program makes product training easy for associates to learn, and easy for vendors to set up.
For Associates
Training is developed by our e-learning experts to make product information easy to understand, retain and utilize on the job. The training is focused, easy to navigate, and makes use of both words and images to accommodate multiple learning styles and improve training effectiveness. Often, prizes are awarded to motivate participation.
Associates are regularly encouraged to take advantage of the training site.

For Vendors
Space in the training program is limited each month. To get started, qualified vendors need simply contact CCS or Staples to ensure space is available.
Once approved by Staples and an account is created with CCS, vendors just need to provide source materials for the product to be featured.
CCS coordinates all training setup and content creation, and handles all back-end programming. Module tracking and reporting of participation results is also provided by CCS.
