Best Buy Co, Inc. is North America’s leading retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers and entertainment software and appliances. CCS is a Best Buy-preferred 3rd party labor provider, which means that Best Buy has identified CCS as a best-in-class provider authorized to deliver in-store retail support services at all Best Buy locations. In addition, Best Buy continues to endorse the use of CCS' CyberScholar training to educate associates in all electronics categories.

 

Meijer

Meijer, Inc. tapped CCS to deliver online product knowledge training as part of the retailer’s employee education program at over 175 stores across the Midwest. The CyberScholar.com @ Meijer program delivers e-training from leading technology manufacturers to over 1,000 sales associates in Meijer’s photo and "E4" electronics departments. Team members are required to complete the training as part of Meijer’s strategy to develop its associates into product knowledge and customer service experts who will provide customers a superior shopping experience.

Micro Center

Deeply committed to employee education since its founding in 1979, Micro Center has had a strategic relationship with CCS since 1996. CCS’ CyberScholar.com is an authorized resource for product knowledge training at all 19 Micro Center locations nationwide, and links to CyberScholar modules are included within the retailer’s Micro Center University learning portal as part of the retailer’s monthly training curriculum.

Ritz Camera

Ritz Camera Centers, the largest nationwide retailer of photography products, partners with CCS to deliver online product knowledge training to Ritz Camera’s team of 8,000 sales associates at 1,200 stores throughout the U.S. The CyberScholar.com @ Ritz Camera program utilizes a suite of e-training delivery and measurement tools to connect associates with information from manufacturers on the latest product features, thereby enhancing Ritz Camera associates’ ability to serve customers and improve overall sales.

Sears

Sears Holdings Corporation, the parent of Kmart and Sears, Roebuck and Co., is the nation's fourth largest broadline retailer. To ensure its associates are able to provide an outstanding customer experience, Sears tapped CCS to link CyberScholar’s timely, in-depth product selling information into the required monthly training for all 10,000 home electronics associates in approximately 1,000 Sears Full Line, Grand and Essential stores nationwide.

Staples

Staples, Inc., the world’s largest office products company, has partnered with CCS for online employee training since 2002. CCS manages the comprehensive Staples CyberScholar Online Training Program, a web-based training solution for all 35,000 Staples associates at over 1,100 stores and call centers in North America. The program advances Staples’ dedication to developing high-quality employees, while offering manufacturers the opportunity to directly target and train the people representing their products at the retail frontlines.

Ultimate Electronics

Based in Colorado for over 37 years, Ultimate Electronics operates 32 specialty consumer electronics and home entertainment stores in the West and Midwest. CCS delivers online product knowledge training to Ultimate Electronics’ sales associates via CyberScholar.com, helping salespeople answer technology questions and better serve customers.
