Creative Channel Services, LLC Recognized as a “Best Place to Work in LA” by the Los Angeles Business Journal

CULVER CITY, California, November 20, 2007 – Leading retail marketing agency Creative Channel Services, LLC (CCS) was recently named as one of the “Best Places to Work in LA” for 2007 by the Los Angeles Business Journal.  This countywide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Los Angeles County, benefiting the region's economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in LA list is made up of 60 companies split into three groups: 5 small-sized companies (15-24 employees), 40 medium-sized companies (25-249 employees) and 15 large-sized companies (250 or more employees). Creative Channel Services, LLC has been named one of the Best Places to Work in LA in the medium-sized company category.

 

Companies from every industry entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in LA. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.  Best Companies Group, a professional firm located in Harrisburg, PA, managed the overall registration and survey process with assistance from ModernThink LLC, who analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
