Virgin Mobile USA Training Program by Creative Channel Services Wins 2007 WebAward

Virgin Mobile USA Retail Marketing Solution Recognized as “Best Education Site” by Web Marketing Association

CULVER CITY, California, November 13, 2007 – Leading retail marketing agency Creative Channel Services, LLC (CCS) is pleased to announce that “Virgin Mobile: Train on Your Terms,” the online training site developed for Virgin Mobile USA [NYSE:VM], a leading national provider of wireless services without annual contracts, has won the 2007 “Best Education Website” WebAward from the Web Marketing Association. In cooperation with Virgin Mobile USA, CCS designs, writes and promotes the product knowledge site for salespeople, while also hosting it on CyberScholar®.com, the #1 online destination for consumer electronics retail sales training.

Originally launched in November 2005, “Virgin Mobile: Train on Your Terms” was redesigned by CCS in December 2006 to reflect Virgin Mobile USA's hip, cutting-edge brand while focusing the training strategy for maximum impact. To be named as “Best Education” website, “Virgin Mobile: Train on Your Terms” was judged on design, innovation, content, use of technology, interactivity, copywriting and usability, scoring at least 9.5 out of 10 in every category.


“The ‘Train on Your Terms’ site has been integral to our campaign to expand brand awareness and knowledge of our products and services among retail sales professionals nationwide at Best Buy, Radio Shack, Target and other major retailers,” said Dorothy Jeffress, director of Field Services Sales & Distribution at Virgin Mobile USA. “We are grateful to collaborate with a partner like CCS that really understands the Virgin Mobile USA culture and target audience. CCS also manages Virgin Mobile USA’s full-time, in-store retail sales and field marketing team – active at retailers nationwide – which supports and increases the effectiveness of the company’s retail training, advocacy and sales programs.
