Creative Channel Services’ CyberScholar®.com Retail Training Site Logs Record Number of User Engagements

Retailers’ Preparation for Holidays, Training Incentives Contribute to Increased Popularity

CULVER CITY, CA – December 7, 2006 – Creative Channel Services, LLC (CCS), a leading retail marketing services agency, has experienced record participation on its CyberScholar®.com website, the #1 resource for consumer electronics product and sales training. In October, with retailer recruiting and training for seasonal workers in high gear for the holiday rush, nearly 10,000 salespeople completed over 272,000 CyberScholar.com training engagements, a growth in users of 34% over October 2005. With numbers also strong in November, CyberScholar.com participation has already surpassed 2005 totals and the site is on course to exceed 2.5 million training engagements by the end of the year.
