Creative Channel Services Announces Industry’s First Comprehensive Spanish-language Training Site for Sony Products

CyberScholar®.com Training Portal for Technology Sales Professionals Now Reaches Multi-lingual Market

CULVER CITY, CA – March 7, 2006 – Creative Channel Services, LLC (CCS), has announced the launch of a new Spanish-language product training site specifically for Sony Electronics products. Hosted on CCS’ CyberScholar.com portal, the new site (http://www.cyberscholar.com/Sony/espanol/) assists retail sales professionals, as well as Sony customer service, field sales and training representatives, who prefer using Spanish to learn about Sony’s products and when assisting customers.

The U.S. Census Bureau suggests there are approximately 30 million native Spanish-speaking people in the United States, and this rapidly growing demographic has become a strong presence within the consumer electronics industry. The Sony Spanish CyberScholar.com training site helps retailers better serve Spanish-speaking customers, allowing salespeople to truly speak the language of their customers and impart technical concepts in a vernacular that can be more easily understood. The site details product features, technology, benefits, accessories, target audience, customer service and sales tips. Retail salespeople accessing the Sony Spanish site are also eligible to participate in prize incentive, promotion, accommodation and certification programs.

As featured on CCS’ CyberScholar.com, the top e-learning portal for technology sales professionals, the new site mirrors the English-language Sony Online Training site, which has been very successful in keeping sales professionals up to date on Sony Electronics products since its launch in 2002. CCS arranged translation services and made additional adjustments to streamline the Spanish training site.
