Virgin Mobile USA’s New CyberScholar® Retail Training Site Focuses on Facts, Fun

Website Targets Youth with Attention-Grabbing Information

CULVER CITY, CA – January 24, 2006 – Creative Channel Services, LLC (CCS), a leading sales, marketing and training solutions agency, has partnered with Virgin Mobile USA to develop a dedicated online training site hosted on CyberScholar®.com, the #1 resource for consumer electronics sales training. Launched in November 2005, the new site has been integral to Virgin Mobile’s campaign to expand brand awareness and knowledge of its line of products among retailers and retail sales professionals.

The informative, yet humorous, training on Virgin Mobile’s CyberScholar.com website features the Virgin Mobile Mythbusters, described as “a trio of colorful and ultra-hip characters who love to help salespeople answer questions about Virgin Mobile products almost as much as they love to dance.” Two monthly modules have already been completed by more than 1,450 salespeople, and additional modules are planned. Associates who complete the training are entered into monthly prize drawings and can receive additional incentives. The Virgin Mobile training site is being promoted at Best Buy, Radio Shack Target and Virgin Megastores, and it is featured prominently on the home page of CyberScholar.com, which reaches tens of thousands of consumer electronics sales professionals nationwide.
