Creative Channel Services Joins Diversified Agency Services

CCS Enters Marketing Communications Global Leader's

LOS ANGELES, CA – August 17, 2004 – Creative Channel Services (CCS), a leading provider of retail sales, marketing, training and human capital solutions, announced today that they are now a part of New York-based marketing group Diversified Agency Services ("DAS"). DAS is a division of Omnicom Group, Inc. (NYSE: OMC) and is comprised of a variety of marketing disciplines, including advertising, public relations, CRM, and specialty advertising agencies.
