Mike started with Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where he worked his way up through the accounting discipline specializing in hotel openings, which gave him the opportunity to move about the country. Mike served as a member and statistician for the Total Quality Management Team that was distinguished with the 1992 Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award while at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, which has instilled a service mentality not usually found in this field.

Mike has also been the Controller for The Biltmore, Shutters on the Beach and Casa Del Mark Hotels, where he further developed his financial, leadership and administrative skills, especially in start up situations and system integrations. This type of experience is what attracted CCS to Mike, as these skills have proven themselves invaluable for the future growth of the company.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and has held his Series 7 and Series 63 financial securities licenses.
